You've got 3 payware options basically - Traffic 360 from JustFlight, Ultimate Traffic 2 from Flight1 and MyTraffic. Publicado originalmente por Morag MacRae:I looked into this a little while ago. These are just my impressions so I might have got a few details out but that's basically it :) It's just a question of knowing the limitations of each. HTH some, they are all good programs and when I saw threads like this people tend to be quite happy with whichever one they buy. It uses the AI models from MyTraffic if you have that installed so I do that. When I use Vox ATC then that handles all the traffic with Simconnect similar to UT2.

Threre's an upgrade option from MyTraffic LITE to PRO which is the cheapest way to get PRO - I might do that one day but I've not felt any need to yet. You still get AI outside these areas but only the long haul stuff. I went for MyTraffic LITE which is cheaper and, well, a lot lighter - it justs adds a variety of aircraft but the cut down is it only really gives you traffic in Eu and NA. It's quantity over quality in some areas I think. It adds a massive amount of AI aircraft but some of the models are a little bit dodgy. MyTraffic PRO is still being updated and is very good by all accounts but it's a monster - something like a 10gig install. MyTraffic is very highly rated - there's basically 3 versions of this, The Aerosoft 2013 version mentioned above which I don't know much about other than it's a version of MyTraffic. I think this one compares to MyTraffic, might be a little better looking AI models.

It was ok but I had issues running FS with too much AI back then so I didn't really get full use out of it. Traffic 360 I've not used, I do have the boxed version of TrafficX which I used years ago. It's better for airline traffic, not so good on GA UT uses more realistic routes so it's the one to get if this is important to you. Other traffic programs tend to have AI just fly from one airport to another in s straight line. And some other issues like that which you may or may not want to live with. There's ups and downs to this - it tends to perform better but if you open something from the menu, because it's simconnect, the traffic will vanish.
Ultimate Traffic works a little differently to the others in that it adds the Traffic from oustide FS via Simconnect. They all have their pros and cons, none of them is perfect but they are all pretty good. There's freeware options too but I've not tried those this time round.
That is why it is called Simple Traffic and that is why it costs just €12.50.I looked into this a little while ago. "Simple Traffic adds paint to the AI aircraft, as geographically correct as possible.

Zero learning curve, install and forget, all settings are done via the standard simulator user interface.Over 1400 traffic routes for airports included (more added with every update).Over 160 airlines included (more added with every update). These are all explained in the manual, and we STRONGLY recommend you check that before buying this product. While primarily a stand-alone product it will also work equally well alongside other AI DLC or megapacks, acting as a generic fallback for the airline livery and model combinations those add-ons do not contain.ĭue to the nature of this product, there are some limitations and mandatory settings. Simple Traffic applies liveries to the native MSFS twin and four-engine jet, and regional-jet default AI models, which are optimized to minimize the impact on FPS. Offline AI traffic routes and schedules are derived from over 30 million records of real-world ADS-B flight data enabling pre-Covid airline traffic levels globally within the sim. Simple Traffic includes liveries for over 175 real-world airlines, and new airline liveries are being added all the time. In Offline AI mode, liveries are selected according to the offline traffic routes and schedules included with Simple Traffic. In Online AI mode, real-world liveries are selected according to the live traffic data feed within the sim. It is a DLC for Microsoft Flight Simulator featuring real-world airline liveries and offline traffic routes and schedules. So, you see a lot of Delta aircraft at Atlanta, KLM at Schiphol, and Air France around Paris. Aerosoft Tool Simple Traffic has only one goal: To replace the default fictional liveries of the simulator with existing liveries.
